Rhett - I agree with you 100%. After that last one, I assumed everyone got the message about the card's value and we wouldn't see that again.

Has there been anything at all to support the idea that this card is tougher then any other Harrington? SGC shows a pop of 4 of the Earl Smith (Green) which actually makes it more then almost any other card in the set - most have SGC pops between 1-3.

I have never seen anything that supports the Smith being any tougher than any other cards. As for the reason he has some cards that are greenish, is unknown to me. I would guess someone ran a sheet with him on it through the green presses. I am just guessing, of course. I hope the card goes for the all the money for the consignor. I have an interest up to about 5% of what someone thought it would bring before.....
