I would agree that a 'A' would be better. Any alteration, should be given a 'A'. But what about paper loss on the back when a card was 'altered' into a scrapbook? I guess a 'A' and a '10' are similar. Buy the card not the slab either way. I'd take a beautiful 'A' with a slight trim or hole vs. a beat up 10. Just my opinion.
