Your eyes are perfectly fine.

For what it's worth, the PSA cert entry reads "FRO-JOY BABE RUTH (NO LONGER GRADE)". Anyone who would be interested in buying this card would hopefully read the cert, know that it's a forgery, and avoid placing a bid in the auction.
