I concur with Mark/perezfan's remark of "Wow... super-sweet Babe! They don't come any nicer... congrats!"

The Bambino's autograph is a cornerstone of collecting Baseball Memorabilia. It'll look even more terrific if you mat it with a vintage photo and/or advertising piece. Yours is a honeymoon that shall last a long, long time.

Thank you!!! I'm definitely still bubbly.. My father in law (huge baseball fan) is flying in from Arizona in a couple of weeks to stay with us, I can't wait to show him!

TERRIFIC RUTH. When I hit the lottery, after paying off everyone I owe, Nice Ruth and Gehrig sigs would be my first hobby purchase

Thanks GrayGhost. It didn't take the lottery for me to get the Ruth, but it took selling one of my favorite pieces I owned.

Gehrig is on my want list too

Great pickup Matt. That is one sweet Babe Ruth and I think well worth the program you had to sell.

The hardest part was coming to grips with the fact that I'll never find another program like that. It truly was one of a kind. I'm happy though that it helped me add the most sought after piece in my collection. Thanks guys for the kind words, it makes me feel more and more like I did the right thing.

just pick this up yesterday, very happy with it! My first Type 1 photo of Ruth in a Red Sox uniform, now if I could find one of him pitching from 1915 or in a Baltimore uniform.

Nice pick-up, Scott. Too bad I sold my 1915 Ruth (BOS) pitching RPPC in REA this past spring.

Good luck in your search!

You must be a yankee fan....The way I feel about the yankees is kinda like the Devil. The only way for there to be good is to have a balance of evil.....oh yeah.
