Thanks Ray. I saw the same book. So so condition and $95. The book was printed in 2001 and sold for $12.95. I don't mind paying a premium, but that seems pretty steep to me as well.

I found my copy of this book. It took a while, but patience is a virtue. I got a very nice copy for $12.50 delivered.
