In my T205 research...Hobby no stats is toughest, Wilhelm suffered seems to come next, Joss, Wallace no cap 1 line, Moran stray, Gray w/ stats and Hobby name correct, no Cin. are all the next grouping.
Breshnahan open, Collins open, the two Cubs variations, Walsh, Fisher, Rowan, Sweeney, etc. are the next tier. Matty cycle is just as rare as a Hemphill cycle...meaning, rare but not that rare. Same goes with the Collins minor league card. It is just as rare as any other minor leaguer. The only reason these two are considered rare is the demand for them. If you do a search for back rarity, I know that I have written on this subject many many times before. Joshua |

Luckily I am not into the different error cards such as Wallace no cap 1 line. I just picked up a Wallace no cap 2 lines for 185 shipped that was graded SGC poor, but it was worth it to me because the front was beautiful, and there was just paperloss on the back. Even though I overpaid a little it's still great! But now I am down to those rarities, I had a chance recently to get a t205 walsh in poor and t205 evers poor, but I did not bid high enough because I had no idea how rare these were a month ago. I even had a chance at a poor condition Joss a few weeks back that passed up, now I feel sour that I did not bid or did not bid enough. I just got moved on from post war collecting, getting familiar with pre WW1 cards. But now I missed some big opportunities last month on ebay.
How often do those rarities pop up in auction in poor condition? Once a year, once a month? |

I did an all fronts T205 set last year (with a lot of skins) but my toughie was Magee. For every set you collect, there's always got to be a last card...
