Boy Max. That window is simply fantastic! It really compliments your framed pieces as well. And from the looks of your hall, you must have a beautiful home too.

My best, Jimmy

Default Some of my stuff...

Guys............Ok, I've been holding out on listing some photos of my 'stuff', but have really enjoyed seeing everyone's rooms. Having two youngsters at home that are 'on the move', I had to kid proof a lot of my stuff on display and lock the glass showcases in a basement bedroom for now. Kids with old bats (or anything swingable) and glass scare me to death!! I'm also into collecting some Americana/advertising signs which are pretty much kid proof. So, here's a few photos.....sorry, I left out the ones with the kids' toys.

Matt

Outstanding displays and collection Matt!!! The advertising is a perfect accompaniment to your memorabilia. Those are some amazing cases as well. Thank you for sharing.

Great display room Matt. Love the advertising signs as a compliment to your sports memorabilia. I noticed you have a Hires Root Beer porcelin advertising sign. My brother has owned for the same sign for about thirty years. I have never found this version before on my internet searches. It is the "Hires to You" ad sign. What can you tell me about it. Is it rare? Possible value? My brother isn't a collector and was given it as a birthday present from my aunt back in the early eighties. We believe it to be from the late 1940's but aren't collectors and are only basing that on the design and number code at the bottom.

Default Updated Pics

Thanks to Dan (dwr11) for a great suggestion on displaying publications. I never really displayed my publications because I could not find an affordable and easy solution. These are the complete publication and they are stored in a acid free bag and backing board. The frames come from Michael's and are about $3.50 each. These are the updated photos of my home office. You can see my original photos in posts number 145 of this thread.
