Won a few e98s - dahlen, dooin and mullin. Was runner up on a couple others...prices for some of those seemed on the aggressive side

I am excited to have pulled down the toughest card of my Uncle Cliff, his short-printed 1948 Leaf card (#123), in the Goodwin auction.

I wasn't up the whole night but I was up for most of the last four hours, watching this card and many others that friends were bidding on.

It was my first time doing this for an auction and I loved it.

I went to bed nice and early, but did win the E93 Jennings. I'm pretty happy with the price I paid.

I agree - at least with regard to the one (Duryea) I was looking at. $680 for a common (albeit with a nice picture) was just more than I was willing to spend.
