he said he not buy the card at the auction, he said he buy the card in private sale . it is bad , i am verry interested but 29 is a little bit high

I couldn't see a big enough picture of the one you linked to, to really comment, but the following Net 54 discussion involves the only other numerically-graded 150 back that I could find, and it looks like the bottom was trimmed, meaning possibly hand-cut: Net 54 discussion of slabbed 150 Plank

That Plank has a story all of it's own, it's seen a couple of different homes and holders. Referring to the PSA 3 in the old thread.
