At least the production is very low.
Any bets on how many of the older ones are secretarial from common documents? And how many of the more recent ones are autopens from christmas cards or the generic "thanks for writing " cards? Steve B |

I believe there is also a Leaf "Oval Office" set that is basically the same thing. They advertise "Look for the Washington & Lincoln dual cut auto!" Seriously.
I'm just hoping for a swatch of Lincoln's "Speech Worn" top hat and a sliver of Washington's "Meal Used" wooden teeth. |

Its disgraceful indeed. Joe Jackson bat Sawdust, game usde uniform pieces, etc. now this. Ruin classic memorabilia for this crap

I don't like it but this practice has gone on way before cards were made. In the early 1800's people were cutting up famous speaches of Washington and selling pieces. In the 1800's tomb robbers were cutting up priceless scrolls and selling them a pieces at a time. Maybe these auto's were already cut off by the time the card companies got them? Dont' like it either, just saying.
