I just picked up this '33 WWG, English-only Ruth, and found this thread while researching.
My questioned concerned relative scarcity between the '33 Goudey, '33 WWG English-only, and '33 WWG French/English. Do we have any percentages guesses?

I'll answer my own question, just in case anyone's reading this with interest, but without an answer
But this doesn't break the WWG's down by 'English only vs both'.Here are the PSA pop numbers for the yellow and red portraits:

I think you can compare this to modern day Topps vs O-Pee-Chee. Even though O-Pee-Chee is scarcer, collectors still prefer Topps (except in some instances for hockey).
