That looks to me like a 1930s punch board card. If you google that phrase, several similar pics come up in google images.

Like Adam said they are fairly tough and some like his DiMaggio are rare
listed as 1940 Diamond Dust Punchboard Cards in the SCD Ive had about 15-20 over the years.... and still cant pinpoint the exact punchboard they came from about 1/2 the cards known (15/33) were short printed and were $1 winners, and would have then been destroyed when redeemed, making them even more rare. ![]()
