Plus he must be a good guy because he says:
"I do not accept returns on most items due to mutiple scammers but, I will gladly refund an item that is damaged once the item is returned to me at the buyers expense. I have found this prevents being scammed by those who are dishonest." Anyone that worried about scammers must be OK.
