I have been in direct contact with Proxibid and I emailed them Ebay's "Banned COA" list two days ago.
After a lot of prodding, Proxibid did remove the catalog of garbage listed by LLP Auctions, Tampa FL. I also emailed them about a few other sellers whose items should be removed.
