Wow, talk about having a big brass pair. I started to question why Proxibid would allow such a thing even with full disclosure, but I guess it is the next-best-thing to hanging a big "don't trust these guys" sign on their auction without actually banning them altogether.

Unfortunately I can tell you as an auctioneer that most bidders do not read the terms and conditions. In online auctions many of them do not even read the descriptions.
