Default 62 T #139 pole - no pole?

1962 Topps Babe Ruth "Babe Hits 60" #139

I know that there is two versions of this card with no listing as to a premium on the version, also that the pole is on the upper right side (I think) but does anyone have a sample of the two that show this. I would like to see them and also any other info on the common vs version. Thanks ahead of time.

Default Topps 1962 set, card 139

John

I have 4 versions of card 139 in the 1962 set, one of the strangest Topps cards ever. Two picture Reniff, portrait and pitching, and two picture Ruth batting, one in which the "pole" is visible and one not. I do not do scans, but can send you color copies of the two Ruths. and the two Reniffs if you give me a shipping address...arichter@swbell.net

Default Jaso; the pole is

On the far left of the card; pretty easy to spot. If I had known about that variation being so obvious it would have been listed in my Beckett days

Default my two cents

as obvious as it may be about the pole, I believe Jason points out an even more obvious difference--one with no dirt and one with. I would catalog it in this manner, as that difference is striking, IMO.

That is the variation :-).....plus the pole....plus the dirt ...
Also, despite two Reniff cards numbered 139, he is also on 159
