Need value of the 1980 Topps Rickey Henderson card in 1987-1989 beckett

Guys, can anyone pull a Beckett Magazine and tell me the hi and low values for a 1980 Rickey Henderson Topps Rookie from the years 1987-1989 time frame

Got a bet at work riding on this.

Low 20 High 30 with a "down" arrow

I know you didn't ask for the year 1986 (thought I had an 87 issue but can't find it) but it's an October issue which places it close to 87.

High $15 Low $10

And from Oct 1989

High $30 Low $21
