August 16, 1861 Baseball
Reaching out here.....
"Years" ago, there was a baseball at auction, dated August 16,1861. It was a ball marked up with the score of the 2 teams that played that day, and of course, the date. I remember seeing it up for auction. I kick myself for not chasing it and getting it. Why? That ball is exactly 100 years before the day I was born. 100 years -before! Anyone know of it's existance? Grasping at straws here. Thanks
