Need Help: Japan Baseball Jersey

Hey All,

Not sure if this is the right spot to ask this question but thought I would throw it out here and see if anyone can provide any advice, guidance and direction. I bought this Baseball Jersey today on a whim from an Estate Sale in DC area and of course, I cannot read the tag or the team name. Can anyone help?
