Default The Photos T206 Cards Are Based On

The T206 Resource has a gallery of 46 photos on the site that T206 cards were based on. Are those the only pictures that have surfaced or is the gallery incomplete? Copyright issues?
Thanks-

Photos taken prior to 1978 should only be under copyright for a maximum of 56 years, despite the best efforts of Disney and some others. So that's not the issue.

I have a bunch more of the original photos, but I changed the focus of my website after T206Resource created a similar page that had quite a bit of overlap.

Not sure what I'm going to do with them - maybe I'll just put them up as a collage? Here are a few - some may be 'close, but no banana'.

Meanwhile, if anyone has stories about any of the cards (not player bios), please let me know - I'm looking for excuses to work on the website again.

Scott-
That's a nice site you have. Do you have any clue how many photos have been accounted for of the 524 t206's (I realize many are duplicates)? Along with my cards I would like to have an index of bios and copies of original pics to compliment them.

Jon, at one point they were all being accumulated on my site, so I had a real good idea. Now I'm not so sure - I sort of lost interest.

I'll check Tim's site, add up the numbers (mine + his + my file) and create a list - a new thread where members can let us know when they find something new.

As mentioned above, I'm no longer collecting photos on my site, so these can certainly all go to Tim - I'm going for stories related as closely as possible to the cards.

I do have some interesting T206-related things in the works, but sidetracked by several other hobby-related projects. LOTS OF FUN!!!

Thanks for the plug, Chris!

By the way - the 'coming soon' Plank thing got stalled due to T206 faction infighting. I was hoping that at some point everyone would have a virtual group hug and I could get on with posting what we've found regarding Plank. I think we are close!

That'd be fantastic. Thank you very much.
