I won an item in the recently completed MEARS auction & recvd it very quickly (Sat AM FedEx). Unfortunately, it was only partially what was listed & what I thought I was bidding on.
I immediately took a couple of scans of what was in the opened box, sent an EM w/ pics and it was promptly replied to by Troy that same day. After a back & forth EM an agreement was easily reached to my complete satisfaction and I just recvd an EM from Kim that a refund was already processed today. No hassle, no argument, easy to deal w/ the people involved. I have new respect for MEARS & will continue to participate in their auctions.
