OT Ultra Pro Tobacco Toploader favor...
Can someone please send me the outer dimensions? All I see in their literature is what size card they will fit. Thanks in advance.

I'm guessing these are the ones you're looking for? I'm not 100% certain that it's made by Ultra-Pro but I'm sure they're all about the same.
I got 2-1/8" x 3-1/8"
