I wonder if the back ad printing plate/process for these fakes could be used to "multi strike" legit cards and get slabbed.

I believe the size of the back is different.

Running one card through a press would be possible. Just affix the card to one of the blank sheets in the right spot. There's always a chance it would get mangled, but the payoff might be worth it.
Matching the color or the intensity of the black would be the hard part.

What are you looking at to make the fake call? I do not have the experience that most here do so please elaborate on what you are seeing.
