So I'm going through some cards last night and my daughter walks in.
She picks up the '55 Killebrew and says, "Who's this kid?" I explained to her that the card is 61 years old and unfortunately, that 'kid' is no longer around. I think it was the innocence of it and the lack of baseball knowledge that made me chuckle...also reminds me that I'm getting older.

Lol that's great I'm sure she'll know more then most eventually. My son (he's 4 ) always ask me if that guy still plays ? The answer is more often then not NOPE. Even in my "modern collection" . That's when I feel the old settling in.

The '55 does capture him in his youth just as you would like it to. Sold mine and will have to get another.
