I realize they were made to be folded but I always cringe a little when I see the T201s and T202s folded. It seems it will make them an infinitesimal lesser condition when done?

I think the fact that they were folded helped preserve the corners on a lot of the t202s. If they were stored folded up way back when, the outer corners would be safely tucked into the center of the card. I bought some not long ago like this that came from a hoard overseas. They graded rather well. The fold areas had some wear, but the corners were beautiful.

That is kind of my thought
. They had to bend all of them!! And off topic a little bit but that seller has some really, really nice small cents. Always loved collecting those over the years though I don't have any now.

I cringe a little when I see them folded, but even worse when I see T202 panels cut off.

Once you get them, open up, put in cardsaver and leave them be. If/when time to , show 'em just like that.
