What modern star player has the worst RCs
1990 or so on, where there are many many rookie issues for most players other than perhaps linemen. I nominate Brett Favre, to me each and every one of his RCs is just plain bad. Either it's a psychotic pic like Upper Deck, his face is completely obscured behind a helmet, or he looks just plain goofy like Ultra Update. I can't really find a Ray Lewis I like much either.
