| Cracking UP? ↑↑↑↑↑

Has anyone cracked down and instead of cracking a book, got cracking at the crack of dawn, cracked out the tool box, cracked a slab, taken a crack at resubmitting, and then cracked a smile with delight at the result?? Show your resubmission success stories if you got 'em!! Although it was a hard nut to crack, my aviation shears allowed me to free these cards from their plastic sepulchres and resubmit them via the group sub. Both were 'cracked UP' to higher/better grades. Here are before and after shots... 1972rose559PGS:PSAbeforeafter.jpg 1968mantle280psa7beforeandafter.jpg The Mantle had some wax/gum residue in front of his face that was easily wiped away, and I snagged the Rose off of ebay (pretty cheaply) many moons ago, because it looked pretty sweet despite being housed in some random grading company's synthetic prison. (And yes, I apologize to everyone for the silliness of my prose.)

I don't have pictures, but I did successfully bump a PSA 1 WaJo Portrait last year into an SGC 1.5. My only such story. It was a nice $400 or so extra when I decided it to sell it later.
