W9316 cards are so ugly they are irresistible...much like many 'squished-in face' dogs like Pugs and Boston Terriers. Here a couple of Barnes for comparison, with one even having a possible print smudge, or perhaps just plain card goo.

Always fun to trot out some cards from one of the least liked vintage sets. A lot of background variations, both color and design, are seen in this set.
