What's the story on the scarcity of this?

Last I checked there were only 33 graded examples between SGC and PSA. It's 3rd rarest of the set. Caldwell has 32 and Keating has only 29.

Thanks! Yes Cady is under appreciated as far as few graded examples.
When it comes to 14 CJs scarcity most people think of Pratt.

Pratt is tied with Caldwell for 32 total pop. In the old days, Pratt was considered the hardest to find in the set..and the action pose vs. the portrait in 15's...is why the historical inflated prices.
