The baseball hall of fame has audio tapes available for pat industion ceremonies including 1939(gehrig,sisler,collins,lots of 19th century guys) 1944,1956,1962,64,and 66-present....of real interest to me was the 39' and the '71 with induction of marquard,hooper,paige,bancroft,hafey all were living at the time,i dont know if they were all there or not.... if anyones interested,contact the library at the HOF,tapes(and even transcripts are available) for $25 each...or email me and ill send you the email with info |
