Early baseball photo- Doscher

I'm trying to find a team or individual photo, etc on Herm Doscher (John Henry Doescher/Doscher Sr.), an early years player, and later umpire.

1872 19 BRA
1873 20 BRA
1875 22 WAS NA
1879 26 TRO NL
1881 28 CLV NL
1882 29 CLV NL

Does anyone know where I could find an individual, team photo, etc?
