For some reason I couldnt actually respond to your message. Anyway, here is psa's grading standard for a gem mint 10 (75/25 centering on the back).

GEM-MT 10: Gem Mint.

A PSA Gem Mint 10 card is a virtually perfect card. Attributes include four perfectly sharp corners, sharp focus and full original gloss. A PSA Gem Mint 10 card must be free of staining of any kind, but an allowance may be made for a slight printing imperfection, if it doesn't impair the overall appeal of the card. The image must be centered on the card within a tolerance not to exceed approximately 55/45 to 60/40 percent on the front, and 75/25 percent on the reverse.

It is ambiguous (intentionally?) whether these are the guidelines for both left-right and top-bottom centering, or only for left-right (or, though it would be odd, only for top-bottom), and it's unclear if the adverb "approximately" is meant to modify 75/25 or only 55/45 to 60/40. Also, it's unclear how close "approximately" implies. Surely 61/39 is approximately 55/45 to 60/40, but what about 62/38? 65/35? 70/30?

They've left themselves a lot of wiggle room here.
