I sent him a check 6 weeks ago, it hasn't been cashed. He had surfaced again on ebay for awhile as strikerup, not sure why he was covering himself with a new ID. Dan.

I had emailed him about some cards, and I thought we had a deal for some of them, but wanted scans of a few other cards that I may have also been interested in...then, nothing. I have emailed a few times, but he hasn't gotten back to me. I hope everything is okay, but I haven't heard from him in a while.

I sent him a check two months ago. He just sent me the package a week ago. He did send a note apologizing and a check to refund a chunk of the bill due to the delays. He's been tied up handling some stuff. I won't go into the details on this board. I'm sure he'll get back to you in time.

I last dealt with him in 2013. I bought a Babe Ruth RPPC based on his reputation and the correct stamp box for the 1920s. It got rejected by SGC, and it is most likely a more modern rebacked PC. He had a few different Ruth RPPCs that were listed as circa 1920s back then. He never did answer my emails about the problem I have with that card.

Never did I make a purchase (check or no) from Frank (that I remember), but he was a very knowledgeable collector on a wide variety of prewar issues and was willing to share it on the former board and this one too (until he just stopped doing so many a moon ago).
