It's supposed to be out in December, but I haven't heard anything yet.

We most likely won't see it until spring or Summer of 2006 since it is on the 2006 publish list. Anyone who was a member of SABR as of Oct of this year will get the book free. The books that you get each year for being a member are more than worth the price of the annual dues.

Amazon says it's due on December 15th and they already have a photo of the cover of the book so I'd guess that it's going to come out next month as scheduled.

It's also very cheap through Amazon.

That's good news then. It's rare that you ever see a book scheduled for a given year issued before April or May. Can't wait to get my hands on the book. I think I am going to have order a backup copy of the 19c stars books since mine is starting to fall apart and I want one in nice condition.
