Just incredibly beautiful K Bats Preece, many cards turn up that are amazing - but pieces like this really deserve the tag extraordinary!!! |

The cards were graded today. I have seen the very best K-Bats collection up close and it appears that many of the K-Bats come with very "non standard" cuts. The Keefe does not have a wavy right side, and no pressure imprints which is what you would tend to find on a trimmed card. Both of these cards are from the Copeland auction. |

I imagine it's going to be one very special evening..... I assume they won't get put away tonight - and that you'll be picking them up every 10 minutes just to feel the thrill of having them in your hands. I'd be grinning for a week!!! At least!!! |

I loved looking at those E93's. Thanks for posting them and thanks for all the information and wisdom you guys bring to this board. I noticed that many of the cards (PSA) were in holders that were nearly double the size fo the card. Is anyone else puzzled/irritated of PSA not making holders that "fit" the card. Some of the E93's above are nearly diagonal in the holder. I have a bunch of these which i want fit into holders that are the proper size. I do have many cards that are in the correct size but a substantial amount more that are not. Why does PSA do this? Will they correct this if brought to their attention? Seems a good way to turn a "ex" card into "vg" without ever leaving the holder. |
