Frosted PSA cases

I have read several recent threads on possible cracked out cards. But I can never tell whether a case is cracked out, except for the obvious ones some have pointed out. So, I was wondering if anyone would comment on the following card:

There are two frosty spots on the case, but they nowhere are near some of the other examples of cards others have pointed out. So how can I can tell when a card has been cracked out and replaced? And this question is no way criticizing the dealer, who has a perfect 100% rating on ebay, and may even post on this forum. I just want to be able to notice cracked out cards easily so I am not duped later.

I'm not a frosted holder expert, but IMO the holder looks ok, even though there's maybe a little more than the usual frosting.

What backs that up is the card is real, and great for a 3.

That's a card I'd be happy to have in my collection.

You know, I've cracked many cases in the past, and tried to do it very carefully as to not hurt the card inside, as I am sure most of you have done. However, even after doing a great job of it, the two pieces of plastic don't seem to just "snap" back together. I'm not sure how people are doing it, and I don't really need a tutorial, but I am amazed that some people are taking time to "perfect" this skill.

Perhaps this is why Beckett doesn't have this problem. Their holders are much harder to break into without making it obvious. I've got a really nice 48-49 Leaf card that I want to break out of a Beckett holder, but am terrified that I will ruin the card. I've done it with newer stuff(like 90s) and have nearly ripped the cards.

All I can say is that it gets old seeing these people ripping others off by reholdering. My hope is that PSA will someday change their slabs to make it more secure for the consumer.

Where there is slight frosting on inner side but i believe if it were opened up the frosting would occur on the outer frame. That cards outer frame looks fine.

That case and card look fine to me. Sometimes there are frosted areas on freshly sealed cases at certain points.

The card is not in a standard tobacco card holder. I doubt it means anything.
