Question regarding cards from the Lionel Carter collection

Just wondering what everyones' thoughts were regarding the "typical" amount of premium that most of you find acceptable to pay on a nice example, be it T206 or other similar cards that have come up for sale? Is it really worth the extra expense to you guys to add a piece of his collection to yours, or is it just "sentimental" value? Thanks as always!
