PSA will find it.
Mine was lost for almost 3 months but was found when I actually spoke to a person in the NJ office, not a customer service rep from California. The photo had been sent to Henry Yee for authentication and received back by them but since they had no record of ever receiving it initially, it was just being held. When I described the item they immediately found it and returned it in 2 days. Yours is different as you said it was already authenticated and just needed to be slabbed.
