This has nothing to do with the point. The point is that seller appears to have not provided the tracking number. That's not ok, regardless if the cards show up.

Apparently, the OP thought the tracking shows delivery, which it did not. This could be misconstrued, but he himself wrote the above sentence. Leading to the subsequent posts. Was it a photo of the tracking number? Who can tell. However, clearly his post says they were delivered elsewhere, followed up with not to him.
I don't believe they were delivered to anyone...yet.
