I eBay messaged one of the previous buyers before I bought mine and sadly BGS graded there fake as real. This card has a dimple over the bat knob from the Black Box being removed and the gloss from being reglossed has a different texture over the same area. As far as the Bill Ripken website I email with Jon the guy who runs it on a semi regular basis and emailed with him several times about this card.

Given all the creative fakes of this card, not just the white out versions, they are almost a collectible of a sort in and of themselves
