I have taken this card to several card shows and showed it to a dozen or so people and auction houses and they estimated it at 25-35k. Rob

Rob, if they think the card is worth 25-35K, have any of them offered to buy it from you for that amount?

I posted that I was listening to offers if someone offers something I can live with than ok but everyone wants a price.

I find that with expensive cards, people don't usually like to bid against themselves and need a price.

Because those "dozen or so people and auction houses" who think the card is worth 25-35K would actually have bought the card for the 18K you'd sell it for now in a heartbeat if they really believed their estimate.
