His criminal defense attorney Blake Hendrix and his civil attorney Brett Myers of Dallas filed a motion July 2 to dismiss the June 8 order.

Myers appears to be a labor and employment attorney.

I am almost positive that this is the guy that I shipped a signed Yankee Team baseball with Gehrig to in the late 1980s for him to consign in an auction. Well......we all know how that turned out! Being a starving College kid, I did not have the wherewithal or the resources to chase him as he constantly had excuses as to when my money was coming etc.... He finally just broke contact and I had not even thought about it until I saw this post. Absolute scumbag. Deserves everything they can throw at him.

No, like bad Mantle bats and baseballs, 8x10s of Mantle, Williams, DiMaggio. This is not an Arkansas/Missouri thing. There is back and forth and passing the stuff along by people in both states.
