Looks like the '57 as Mark said. The '37 logo has a blue 'ubs'.

If it's original, the black and white panorama is from 1908 and all those color emblems, stickers or whatever are were pasted on later.

No it absolutely does not. In 1937 it had a much thicker "C", the "ubs" was blue, not red, and there was no blue circle around the logo. 1957 is the correct year for the 1st appearance of the logo very similar to that drawn or pasted on to your item.
