I'd personally have taken both the cards AND the wrappers - methinks the wrappers are more difficult to find - Note: perhaps the first buyer scored some high-octane cards, but it's inexcusable to leave these wrappers behind provided they, too, were ripe for the pickin' along with the cards.
great find nonetheless...wishin' I was there at the time to score all of the above. DS |

The 1953's are really tough. I would like a 1953 if your friend decides to sell. You can PM me by my address. I've been watching ebay and have seen only 1-2 of the 1953 wrappers out there. I think the $400-$500 range is a good point for decent 1953's.....I missed one that sold at the recent national for $325.
