And to Dean, when you typed PM sent, if your PM didn't say I will take it the card is still fair game. A seller shouldn't have to hold it and a buyer shouldn't have to wait simply because you asked a question or made an offer.

I disagree. If I see that someone has expressed interest, I am going to give them a chance to make their deal. Common courtesy in a community. I would certainly contact the seller and tell them I am interested if the first person doesn't buy it, and leave it to the seller how to proceed, but I am not going to try to swoop in on a board member who got there first.
