As previously stated, Jay Publishing released sets beginning in 1956 and ending in 1965 (with the death of the publisher). Other companies, such as Sport Service (which is the generic name of a company based in Connecticut that sold picture packs through the mail) and Danny Goodman (who ran the souvenir stands in Dodger Stadium) also released photo/picture packs. Goodman released the Dodgers team sets that included the facsimile signatures at the bottom. I’ve seen Goodman Dodgers team sets released well into the 1980s.
