Not at all, IMO. The problem would be if we didn't have strict rules of evidence. Are some cases going to fail, or not be brought, as a result? Sure. But the alternative is unimaginable.

let's just all admit that the hobby is clearly a "BILLION DOLLAR FRAUD" and move on Enjoy the teeth kicking and reaming or don't collect. I guess I just choose to enjoy it, cause I'm crazy like that.
