For what it’s worth Harry Davis was in Cleveland for only one year - 1912

Davis managed the club that one season. I would not be surprised if the photo on which this "card" is based was taken Opening Day, since it was common for the home team to have a parade and flag raising ceremony for the occasion, and the manager handling the flag raising would make sense, it that's what's going on in the picture (maybe with the mayor or other dignitary on the other side, plus note one of the officials in the background is removing his hat).
