For me, the problem with buying them is that if I ever want to sell them - I hear all the excuses. Oh, that card is trimmed or altered, I'll give you 80% of a P/A price for it.

But when I bought it, all I ever heard was how good it looked for what it is, and why I should pay up LOL. "Are you kidding me?!? There are 4's that don't look that good!"

The last time I recall trying this was on a '52 Topps Yogi that SGC had deemed an A because it was pretty obviously diamond cut. But besides that, the card was perfectly centered and had one small hairline crease that was difficult to see. It probably could have pulled a 4 or a 4.5 if not for the cut. When I sold that one I will admit I at least broke even.
