The CK Jordan is priced at a small fraction of the 101, mostly because it's oversized I suppose. If one is priced out of the 101 market, it's a great alternative IMO. In hand, it's a visually stunning card, much more appealing than the 101.

I couldn't agree more, Peter. I didn't know anything about it until this thread and digging into the Basketball Gold site. It's a modern-day cabinet card and the most visually impressive piece I've ever owned, with legend on its side in possibly being Jordan's first licensed card to reach consumers.

How does this get an 8 when PSA grading Star is so hyper strict on centering? Even assuming it is full size.

Man I don't know how any card on the top or bottom of those bags could score a PSA 8.

This one has very strong corners and it's probably centered the same sa that PSA 8 which to me looks like Animal Farm grading. Also, it looks wider to me than the PSA 8, making me wonder.

I just picked these up for less than $500 all in combined, which seemed crazy to me.

Oversize cards just get relatively little love outside of maybe T3s. Value aside I'd rather have the CK Jordan than the 101 which I don't particularly like although the one I posted isn't bad I guess.
